Reasons Why You Should Consider Working With An LPC Associate For Your Counseling Needs:

At Vann Wellness Group we do not believe that access to quality care should be a luxury item. We have providers who offer a variety of fee structures and accept many of the major insurance plans, including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Optum/United/UMR, and more. Our LPC Associates are able to offer sessions at a reduced rate and under the direct supervision of Lori Vann, MA, LPCS at our office.

If for some reason, we are unable to see you at our office, we will work to provide a list of referrals for services that better meet your needs. After all, we are #HereToServe.

No LPC Associate session is over $75 a visit. It would be quite difficult to find a fully licensed counselor who charges less than $90 a session, for that matter, many associates at other counseling centers in Dallas and Tarrant County. are charging over $85+ a visit. We want to provide you with some additional options. Insurance companies often have high or catastrophic deductibles that would make it unlikely that you will meet that amount in a year’s time, so instead of paying a higher fee for contracted rate counseling sessions with insurance providers, consider meeting with an Associate.

Plus, your insurance will not know why you decided to come to counseling nor will you get an unpleasant surprise when they deny your visit for one reason or another. By seeing an associate, insurance does not have access to your mental health records unless you authorize it.

Be aware of what your insurance policy covers and does not cover. Some insurance plans do not cover marital or family therapy nor do they cover some diagnoses. In these cases, seeing an associate is a great option.

Our team sets their own schedules, but many offer after-school and evening appointment options. Please contact your counselor to discuss your appointment preferences.

Each client who meets with an LPC Associate should find comfort in knowing that the Associate is supervised by a fully licensed counselor with 25 years of experience and has a reputation in the community as providing excellent client care. It is like you are getting 2 counselors for the price of one!

Associates receive weekly individual supervision, monthly group supervision, & case note audits to verify that clients are receiving the best ethical care possible. If a client ever has a concern about their treatment, he/she can directly contact Ms. Vann about the situation via email, phone call, or Zoom meeting using this scheduling link, https://calendly.com/lorivannindustries
