Where did Vann Wellness Group move to?
  • Vann Wellness Group moved from 275 to 207 S. Denton Tap Rd. on July 1, 2026.  We are located on the backside of the Clear Eye Care building.
  • From the previous location, you can take the back road, which is near the mailbox, passing Kumon, crossing the Wynnpage neighborhood entrance street, continuing past Championship Martial Arts until you see the two-story building with Melt Creamery.
  • At the Clear Eye Care building, which is a one-story building to the left of the two-story building, make a left and park closer to the covered parking.
  • Once you have arrived, please text Lori or Melissa to let us know you have arrived.  Vann Wellness has a private entrance and no public waiting room.  Your counselor will either notify you that you can come back to the office or will come out to the parking lot to greet you.
How do I get to the office if I am headed from central Euless, Bedford, Hurst, Colleyville, or Grapevine?
  • Follow TX-121 N headed towards DFW Airport and Grapevine Mills Mall.
  • Continue north on 121 at the LBJ 635 and 121 Split.
  • Take the exit for Sandy Lake Rd / Denton Tap Rd.
  • Follow Sandy Lake Road until you reach the Intersection of Sandy Lake and Denton Tap, then turn right onto Denton Tap.
  • From S. Denton Tap Rd, you will pass the McDonald’s and other restaurants until you see a Clear Eye Care marquee.  Make a right at that entrance and follow it past the 2-story building to the Clear Eye Care building.
  •  Park closer to the covered parking section.

How do I get to the office if I am headed south from Lewisville, Corinth, Lake Dallas, or Denton?
  • From I-35, head South.
  • Merge onto TX-121 N/Sam Rayburn Tollway or frontage road: Use the right two lanes to take Exit 452 toward TX-121 S/Lewisville. (Note: It briefly runs as a frontage road before curving into the tollway).  You do not have to get on the Tollway.
  • Take the exit for Denton Tap Rd. and make a left onto Denton Tap.
  • Travel on Denton Tap headed south for approximately 1 1/2 miles and continue until you pass Sandy Lake Road.
  • From S. Denton Tap Rd, you will pass the McDonald’s and other restaurants until you see a Clear Eye Care marquee.  Make a right at that entrance and follow it past the 2-story building to the Clear Eye Care building.
  •  Park closer to the covered parking section.

How do I get to the office if I am headed west from North Carrollton, The Colony, or Frisco?
  • If you are near TX-121, you can head south on either the tollway or non-tollway section through Carrollton, over I-35, to Lewisville.
  • Once you are in Lewisville, you will pass MacArthur and look for the next exit, which will be Denton Tap Rd.  Make a left onto Denton Tap and continue south for approximately 1 1/2 miles.
  • From S. Denton Tap Rd, you will pass the McDonald’s and other restaurants until you see a Clear Eye Care marquee.  Make a right at that entrance and follow it past the 2-story building to the Clear Eye Care building.
  •  Park closer to the covered parking section.

How do I get to the office if I am coming from Addison, North Dallas, Richardson, or Garland?
Non-Tollway:
  • Take LBJ 635 headed west to I-35 E headed north.
  • Merge onto I-35E N: Keep right at the fork to merge onto I-35E N toward Denton. Drive approximately 3 miles.
  • Take Exit 443: Take the exit for Valley View Ln.
  • Follow to Coppell: Turn left onto Valley View Ln. The road will curve right and turn into S. Coppell Rd. Continue for about 3.5 miles.
  • Turn onto E. Sandy Lake Rd: Turn right onto E. Sandy Lake Rd and continue for 1 mile.
  • Arrive at S. Denton Tap Rd: Turn left onto S. Denton Tap Rd. The destination (207 S. Denton Tap Rd) will be on your left.  Look for the Clear Eye Care building.
  •  Park closer to the covered parking section.

Tollway:
  1. Take President George Bush Turnpike (TX-190) West: Merge onto the PGBT / TX-190 West (toll road). Continue for approximately 25 miles.
  2. Exit Denton Tap Road: Take the exit for Denton Tap Road / TX-26 and turn right (north) onto S. Denton Tap Rd.
  3. Arrive at Destination: Continue north for about 2 miles. The destination will be on the right.  Look for the Clear Eye Care building.
  4. Park closer to the covered parking section.

Inclement Weather, Natural Disasters, Civil Unrest, or Acts of Terrorism Policy

If weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, or a terrorist attack poses travel risks for the Counselor or Client to come to the office, the Client will be provided the option of either conducting the session online, phone, or rescheduled without incurring a cancellation fee.
